Yes. We host several on-campus Open Houses throughout the year, designed to immerse your family in our community. We also offer virtual events for prospective families who are unable to travel to our campus in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.
Can my child participate in a Visit Day?
Yes. We strongly encourage applicants to spend a visit day with us to see the school in action. For Lower and Middle School applicants, a visit day is part of the application process, whenever possible. Upper School applicants benefit greatly from a campus tour guided by a Ridley Student Ambassador.
Does Ridley host virtual events for international families or prospective parents?
Yes. We regularly host virtual open houses and specialized webinars covering topics like our IB curriculum, boarding school life and the application process. These are specifically timed to accommodate families around the world.
How can my child tryout for a High-Performance Athletics team?
Ridley is proud of its High-Performance Athletics programs (e.g., Hockey, Basketball, Rowing). If your child is interested in trying out, please fill out a prep programme inquiry form and an Admissions Officer will connect you directly with the relevant coach.
Will Ridley Admissions be traveling to my city or country for a school fair?
We travel extensively across Canada and internationally to meet prospective families. Some of our popular international locations include Shanghai, Beijing, Princeton, NJ, Coronado, CA, Kowloon, Dhahran, Seoul, Mexico City, Sendai, Tokyo, Munich, Long Bay and others.
